Casta, Morena Dark Ale (Mexico)
A red-brown beer from Mexico with a stunning aroma of figs, dates, tobacco and chocolate - all derived from dark malts. Dark, biscuity grain and chocolate fill the mouth with a hint of spicy hops. The finish is bitter-sweet,

Big City Brewing, Jamaica Sout (Jamaica) Jet black beer with a dense, barley-coloured head. A deep and intense aroma of milk chocolate and charred malt is followed by a palate in which the
sweet chocolate note is balanced by roasted malt and peppery hops. The finish develops a vinous fruitiness with a gentle underpinning of spicy hops and charred malt. Despite the colour and strength, it is
wonderfully refreshing. 8.0% ABV
La Choulette, Ambré (France) Russet-coloured French
beer with a spicy and bitter orange aroma and a hint of chocolate. Bitter, peppery hops burst through on the tongue, balanced by rich grain and a Grand Marnier orange fruitiness. The finish is sweet to start, dominated
by fruit, chocolate and grain, but peppery hops break through and provide a bitter finale. 8.0% ABV
Koningshoeven, La Trappe Dubbel (Holland)
Deep red Dutch beer with a smoky, woody aroma and a powerful waft of pear drops and light, spicy hops. Pear drops dominate the mouth but sweetness is balanced by a growing hop presence and rich, biscuity malt.
The finish is finely balanced between sweet fruit and malt and a developing spicy hop note. Rich yet refreshing. 6.5% ABV
Lion Brewery, Lion Dark (Sri Lanka)
